- I was very impressed with the quantity and detail of the full color pictures and diagrams that come with the manuals. It made it very easy for me to follow and understand the picture or diagram without really needing to read the accompanying text.

CONS:
- SLOW DOWNLOAD TIMES. This product is an eBook, which means you will need to download it upon purchase. When doing this, I encountered slow download times for a few of the eBooks. Plans4Boats is comprised of many different PDF files (a .pdf file is comparable to a book that you can view on your computer). Because you are getting so much material with Plans4Boats, some of the larger files took a while to download. (I should note I have an outdated computer, newer computers should have no issues).
Most of the plans, however, can be downloaded in seconds. Also, if you wish to not download the files, you do have the option of getting the DVD set of Plans4Boats. By choosing this option there is no need to download anything. Simply insert the DVD into your computer and you’re ready to go.
As it turns out, besides the time it took to download some of the larger files, I really couldn’t find much else about this that would steer my away from purchasing it.
SUMMARY:
Based on my personal purchase, download, and review of Plans4Boats, I am highly recommending this product if you are serious about building a boat of your own. I am confident you will come to the same conclusions I have about Plans4Boats and you will be very satisfied in the end.
